Cielos Abiertos guarantees all of its orchids to be delivered fresh and in excellent condition. We also undertand that these are plants and they are fragile. Damaged plants must be returned with in 3 business days of arrival in order to be exchanged or refunded. 

Due to the nature of our fresh and beautiful flowers, orders will be shippied as soon as possible with the outmost care. Please select from our options of shipping but keep in mind that these are live flowers and in due time might wither.
